We were getting in a good variety of walks before going into lockdown. Mostly 2-3 hour walks with loaded backpack. But being in level four means we’ve had to stick to our neighbourhood. And we’ve switched it up to longer walks with lightly loaded pack.
The longest walk we’ve done was 22km covering Te Henui and coastal walkways and the beach, as you will see in this short video.
Prior to lockdown we were out and about around our beautiful region:
Lake Mangamahoe
Back beach
Pukekura park
Lucys gully
York road loop
White cliffs
Wow, that video is really cool. What app did you use to make that?
